When does neli open?
We open in spring 2027, before summer tyre season. Everyone who reserved a place gets the exact date and address.
Do I pay now?
No. Reserving is free. You pay only once the storage is open and you've confirmed your place.
Where is the storage?
We'll choose the location in Tallinn based on reservations. Tell us your district when you reserve; it helps us decide.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time and free of charge. Email us or reply to our message.
What if my tyres get damaged?
Every set is checked in with a written report and photos. Our liability is set out in the contract.
Do you store tyres on rims?
Yes, with or without rims. Just tell us when you reserve.
Can you fit the tyres too?
We plan on-site fitting at peak season. Tick it in your reservation if you're interested. You can also have them fitted at any other shop.
How does the First 100 price work?
The first 100 customers pay €69 for the first year, then €79 a year for as long as the subscription runs. The regular price is €85 a year.
